When accepting or clicking ‘attending’ a Facebook Event you do the THREE to be scalper FREE! 1 CHECK THE COHOST; co-hosts should be the promoting party, the venue and the artist (keep an eye out for the blue tick, this is the extra confidence boost you need!)... 2 CHECK SALES LINKS - make sure you’re purchasing from the authorised seller (at our venue the Big Top Sydney, Oztix, Moshtix, Ticketmaster, Ticketek and Eventbrite are the authorised channels - the venues website will always inform you the authorised channels of sale so hop on to our Big Top Sydney website to be XTRA sure) 3 DON’T PURCHASE VIA COMMENTS - We strongly discourage purchasing from public posts, generally these will not be permitted in authorised events. The reason being this is an unregulated and unauthorised channel of sale which sees many people burnt by illegitimate sellers and sales tactics.
