25.01.2022 out of BV Apache Hustler. Colt foal - PHAA registration pending

24.01.2022 All mares have now foaled and all mares and foals are well. One extra mare was in foal that wasn't preg tested (Adriane by O'Lonhro AUS01092222) but the ASB service and mare return have been completed. Photos will be posted shortly. The colour result was one loud coloured filly (Marche Raider) and one loud coloured colt (Little Dink), 2 chestnut fillies (Frock N Bling & Adriane) and 2 bay colts (Not So Smart & Monopoly Miss). The solid coloured foals are to be tested in case they carry the overo gene and can produce colour.

23.01.2022 BV Apache Queen (VPS) has also been preg tested in foal for a 2020 foal.

23.01.2022 Framed in History has been confirmed by genetic testing to have a single W20 dominant white/white spotting gene. **W20/n **W20 on its own sometimes causes white markings such as socks or blazes. When combined with another mutation affecting KIT, such as Sabino 1, tobiano, or one of the other W alleles, W20 greatly increases the amount of white.

17.01.2022 Peta Oxenbridge and Grant McLaren owners of Winning Colours Farm and breeder of Frank took this video of Frank's barrier trial. Unfortunately the video starts approx half way thru the race. Frank is in second place and then in third at the 200. But look how it looks as though he is going to be overtaken well and truly at the 100 by the horse on his heels then when Frank realises he needs to try harder and he has to give it some he stays with that horse for the remainder of the race and doesn’t lose any more ground. Plenty of room for improvement!!!!!!

13.01.2022 As we get closer to the 2018-2019 foaling season, we have two mares that that we are expecting foals from and one maybe. Zaina (ASB) is definitely showing for a paint foal. BV Sierra Hustler is not so obvious this year but still hoping for a paint foal. Finally BV Apache Hustler was preg tested not in foal, but looks like she may be a first time mum (for a paint foal). This year we also have Not So Smart and Little Dink to serve for ASB foals in 2019-2020. Excitement is growing to see our first crop of Framed in History foals.

12.01.2022 The first foal of the season has arrived! A bay and white tobero colt out of Big Valley Apache Hustler (PHAA 15241-tobero).
