22.01.2022 Coming into the chase at 260 kmh at the last event held by Bathurst Light Car Club for the year (tarmac). I've only ever done this from a standing start half way down Conrod Straight. Next week will see the FBU doing full laps and coming out of Forest Elbow hot looking for 4th, 5th and beyond. keep an eye out for live streaming next week, 26th - 27th November @ Challenge Bathurst Shout out to Stephen, who gets around to so many tracks and follows the FBU taking great shots. Thanks Penford MEDIA for all your support. I need to stress, most of the pic I post are from part time photographers that only require some recognition and a small donation/recompense for the great shots they spend all day in the paddock for.

19.01.2022 Parts continue to trickle in. New Mantic 9000 twin plate Clutch kit and fly wheel. Should manage those 3rd gear skids. The old factory clutch never gave up, its just due to be replaced and will go straight to the pool room on display. Big thanks to George Byrne of Brakes Direct for the quality service going the extra yards to sort my requests, supplying the Mantic Clutch. 17.01.2022 Justin from Scotty's Fabricate & Paint has been doing a fair bit of work behind the scene on the FBU. He works to some pretty tight time frames and gets er done. 15.01.2022 My Favourite club member @ Bathurst Light Car Club rocking her BWR Tee at the local Khanacross. I'm also been led to believe she is currently leading the women's Club Championship. Shannon has also been busy as Publicity officer in this the year of "Covid-19", trying times for every one. Good work Shannon Sims.... See you in November.

05.01.2022 Dropped the FBU of at the panel shop today for some love. Pick it up in a month or so nice and shiny with some new aero and slightly different bonnet.

05.01.2022 We are ready for Challenge Bathurst. Big thanks to Gasoline Alley Mechanical for all the support, means a lot and with out you I would really struggle, possibly wouldn't make it. Quite a few Muswellbrook business's help with keeping the FBU race ready, its not all sourced out of town. Ronny at Hunter Fabrications has been working with us for quit a few years. Valley Fasteners supply ever nut and bolt. Scotty at Hunter Prosign do all the vinyl work. Repco Muswellbrook wouldn't be aware of there importance in keeping the race car going, they do. Scotty's Fabricate & Paint go above and beyond with the staino and alloy welding. Big thanks, hope to make some noise, if not some memories.
