22.01.2022 Dodgy gutter installation on a outdoor area roof, to replaced support beam ready gor the plumber to come and install the correct guttering . That does not include cutting the support beam like the original person thought was a good idea.

Which means I can now install you a kitchen, build you a retaining wall over 1000mm high, erect a carport or pergola cover for you, as well as all the normal services I can still give you,

12.01.2022 Replacing a damaged retaining wall post, yes tge main fence needs to be replaced. However the owner did not want to do it. So around d the rain, tge top section of tge pist was removed. Old sleepers removed. Top of the bank so the new post can sit straighter than the out post. Replaced the old sleepers and filmed a few garden holes with the removed soil.

07.01.2022 Rotten fascia replacement. All new timbers sealed with treated pine spray. Two coats of Taubmans Primer/sealer and Undercoat , then fitted with Galvanised batten screws. Then painted with Taubnans Sunproof to make the fascia look great.
