15.01.2022 2 City Circuit Bike Ride The Two City Circuit is a combination of some of the best local bike paths in both Lake Macquarie and Newcastle local government areas with some on road riding. This ride will be approximately 60 - 65 kms long and a has approximately 37kms of off road bike paths. It is suitable for riders of moderate skill and moderate fitness as it involves 2 sections of riding on main roads. We will stop at the half way mark for coffee/drinks. When: Saturday 25th ...October Where: Meet at the water feature by Crowne Plaza, Honeysuckle Time: 1:45pm for the briefing, 2pm start What to bring: drinking water and spare tubes/repair kit Pace: we will go as a group and therefore we hope to ride together at approx 20 - 25km/hr Please RSVP to [email protected] Ride limit: 20 people.

05.01.2022 The Hunter Prostate Cancer Alliance raffle was drawn by Greg Holmes (General Manager-Kooragang Island), at Kooragang Island in the presence of Kim Simpson (HPCA) and Lincoln Amidy (Hunter District Cycling Club). Congratulations to Mr Davis, who won the Scott Addict 20 bike. Mr Davis is a keen cyclist who will put the bike to good use. Thank you to everyone who entered the raffle, the proceeds aid the important work of the Hunter Prostate Cancer Alliance in raising awareness of men's health and wellbeing.
