24.01.2022 Brian Wood and Christopher Burns met with the Motor Accidents Authority on Tuesday to discuss Greenslips for motorcycles. We are looking at possible ways to imp...rove the system and one suggestion is to remove the 5 categories of engine capacity as the numbers are too small to be able to accurately determine risk. The figures shown indicate that the relativity for the 1125 to 1325 capacity are too high and this group may see a reduction when Ernst and Young submit the new relativities later in the year. According to the MAA figures the average Greenslip price paid for an 1125 to 1325 is $570 ex GST. I'd be interested to know if anyone has actually paid a Greenslip that low for that category. Remember that Monaland and the MCC of NSW are offering a fleet rate for motorcycle greenlsips for riders over 30 years of age and they are the cheapest in NSW bar none and you won't find them on the Greenslip calculator.
