25.01.2022 Beautiful, fun, smart and definitely sassy, Rihanna is moving overseas! (To Tassie ) We have loved having her as a part of our team these past few months. While we are sad to see Rihanna go, we are excited for her new beginnings. If you do (eventually!) get to Tassie, you’ll be able to take a class with Rihanna in Hobart. In the meantime, come along and practice her last class teaching at Brookie, (tomorrow) SATURDAY 5pm.

23.01.2022 Nicola on How Bikram Yoga Helped Her Lower Back Pain. "Before Bikram I lived with lower back pain for many years. I saw a chiro regularly and it flared up every 3-6 months making it difficult to sit at a desk to work. This required many trips to the chiro to ease the pain. This went on for more than 10 years. When my regular chiro was away I saw another chiro who told me that I should NEVER attempt to put on clothes standing up - like standing on one leg to put the other leg... through the opening in a pair of undies, or pants and definitely NEVER try to put a sock on while standing up. That should all be done ’seated’. Lots of rules. Since I got into the swing of Bikram 4 years ago at the age of 52 I haven’t seen a chiro for my lower back at all. And I haven’t had lower back pain. I can also proudly say that I can easily stand on one leg while putting ALL my clothes on - including those tricky socks. I’ve found core strength and flexibility too, but most importantly - my body just works better." "

17.01.2022 An oldie but a goodie While we are sad we couldn’t practice our traditional Christmas Eve class this year, we hope by staying home, we will be able to get back sooner. We miss the hot room, but mostly we miss you. Stay strong, stay well, stay connected and, as it is Christmas (even though a slightly altered one) from our heart to yours we wish you a Very Merry Christmas.

Spotting a figure in the reception area he yelled to them "I’m coming - just a minute I need to tick your name off." Our Centre has been registered and we are accepting donations until Friday 11 December when Chloe and Brett will deliver our gifts of food to the Salvos. Some tips for food donations: Supermarket gift vouchers are great as they allow the recipient flexibility to purchase their choice of fresh fruit, vegetables and meat... Choose non-perishable items with long expiry dates Some special items to help the recipient celebrate on Christmas Day Consider providing food that will suit families with young children, people with allergies and the elderly With appreciation in advance to our community for your support.

He has been studying, teaching and giving consultations in Feng Shui since 2001 in all parts of the world. Jampa aims to help people find maximum happiness in their lives through the application of Buddhist and Feng Shui techniques. Jampa advised us that our paint colours weren't the most favourable for our studio's energy. For instance - yo...u cannot have blue in the southern 'fire' area and you certainly cannot have white in the eastern 'wood' area. Our first step is our reception area - thanks Johnny for getting us out of first gear this morning. Feng shui is all about creating flow, energy and finding balance. Subtle change is powerful change.
