25.01.2022 Hi Amazing Yogis, these are very challenging times. The government has ordered the lockdown of indoor sports centres and gyms. It is not yet clear if that includes Bikram Yoga. We are investigating and will make a decision after lunch as to whether we can operate. In the meantime, Ive made the tough decision to cancel all classes tonight (3.30pm, 5.30pm & 7.15pm). 17.01.2022 Hi Students! Exciting news, we are going to trial a new class for the Summer season.. Starting from 7 Nov, BYFD will be adding a new Sat 6am class!! This will help reduce the weekend waitlist. It will also allow you to get to breakfast and the beach earlier if desired! Max will be leading the charge as the teacher on this class! We will be trialling it through the daylight saving season and see where it goes. See you on the mat ;)

Paul did his teacher training in 2006 and is also a vocal coach. He worked with many teachers including myself on our vocals this week. He has our 100% endorsement, do not miss this one!! Read more below :) About Paul: My first yoga class was in London, fifteen years ago. It was Bikram-method and the benefits were immediate, especially to long-standing... injuries. Having broken both legs, damaged my knees and locked my hips from twenty years of playing sport, it was time to get well! Yoga helped more than any therapist or treatment, and I felt calmer and happier from practicing the twenty six postures and two breathing exercises. In 2006, I trained as a Bikram Yoga Instructor and subsequently taught in the UK, USA and Asia before living in Australia. The journey towards yoga was a natural progression, coming from a sports and movement background. Apart from teaching yoga, Ive worked as an actor, presenter and voice coach for twenty years and integrate my skills with The Raja Yoga Academy, coaching voice classes and assisting future instructors. When teaching, I care deeply about the following questions. Are you practicing yoga or stress? Does the way you practice yoga rejuvenate or deplete your body? Binny and Nick are the studio owners of Bikram Yoga Perth and have been practicing for almost 10 years. Their focus is on an alignment based practice, focusing on the therapeutic benefits of the 26+2. I am a massive supporter of Masterclasses. When I did my first one in 2006, I got lots of corrections on breath, focus, how to release and let go of struggle, so much! 07.01.2022 Hi Bikram Five Dock I have practiced Bikram Yoga for 15 years now, The 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises have been the biggest gift in my life. I look back and my health has improved, my spine is more open, I have more energy and I now live a life of passion and purpose.. Having received such a gift, I now feel a deep sense of responsibility to pay it forward and spread the message of Bikram Yoga to the world. This is what gave birth to Bikram Yoga Five Dock and why i...t has grown to become the amazing space it is. The studio recently celebrated its 7th birthday, every day in the studio we all work so hard to offer a safe and respectful space for others to transform with Bikram Yoga. The studio vision is to offer students the opportunity to step up within themselves and discover what they are capable of doing. As a community, we created this video 2 years ago.
