16.01.2022 Our #21daymovementchallenge is done and dusted! One of our fabulous students Clair was kind enough to share a few words about her 21 days I have been practising Bikram for approximately a year and only been getting in around 5 sessions a month. Linda sneakily suggested, "Clair you just need to do 30 days straight and your body will thank you for it!. I just finished my 30 days straight of Bikram and both my flexibility and energy levels have increased. I am calmer and a... bonus that I was not expecting, lost over 1.5kg. All the teachers made it so worthwhile and now I'm ready to take on another 30 days! Congrats to Clair for also being our Glenelg/Modbury winner of the challenge by going above and beyond by smashing out 52 classes in 35 days!! You go girl!
