Benn and Maddy created and cultivated an incredible community of which I am so grateful to be apart of. I am sending love to you all. The Nundah and Gabba studios are merging and The studio is re-opening this Saturday 6th June with the following classes;... 8 am Inferno HIIT pilates 4.30pm Bikram Sunday 4.30pm Bikram Please book through Mind Body to reserve your spot. The maximum number of students in the room will be 19 until restrictions lift. Please BYO everything, showers and equipment hire will not be available.
