24.01.2022 we are back from lockdown 7.0 as of Saturday 18th September all classes will be in studio Please note our timetable changes. Please use casual passes during the school holidays, our memberships commence on the 4th of October. All credits purchased can be rolled over into your membership if you have any left over passes. This time of year is the best time to get back in the swing of things! ... We have FREE trial classes available and all classes are suitable for all fitness levels. 18.01.2022 School holidays are on and we’ve decided to take a short break while we can!! Classes will run as normal tonight at 6:30pm and Wednesday 6am. The studio will then be open for current clients ONLY, please contact me if you intend to join the girls on Friday 6am or Saturday 9:30am. ... Hours back to normal on Monday!
