24.01.2022 To avoid any overpayment of Child Care Subsidy, remember to update your familys income estimate and activity test throughout the year. Another important thing to note, is that Child Care Subsidy is not payable for absences at the beginning or end of an enrolment. If your child is absent from care for 8 weeks, the enrolment is automatically ceased and any Child Care Subsidy paid for absences after the last day your child physically attended will be withdrawn.
