Silas: no you don’t, I don’t think old people skateboard. Me: you’re only as old as you feel my darling. Silas: sounds good to me mummy. (with a fist pump & hug). ... Don’t use age as an excuse for not chasing your dreams or thinking that you can’t do anything about the myriad of changes you may be feeling and accepting as just ‘old age creeping in’. Yes your organs do get sluggish with age but, there are ways to support your body so that it functions at 40 y/old the same as it did at 20 y/old. I used and abused my body throughout my twenties and thirties and have spent my forties repairing and rejuvenating myself so that now at 48 y/old I have never felt better.
