Kate hired me for the launch of her West Hobart store and said, ' you'll need a name for your business , people will ask who made this food' ... I quickly came up with Bille&Brie...my favourite Champagne @champagne_billecart_salmon and of course what goes better with bubbles than a gorgeous creamy brie, @willstudd Briliat Savarin...yum...always comes to mind.
