10.01.2022 Over the last few months I have taken a break from most of my social media platforms , it was getting too overwhelming and I was finding it difficult to control my anxiety. In my mind I was constantly thinking about what I 'should' be doing because that's what others expect of my. Why should I be letting others decide where I my business was going and what I was designing. I took time to be with my family and to create what I wanted. I am slowly returning to busine...ss mode and this time its for me. Desiging shirts I would wear and added accessories that I would use. If you are a small business ease take the time to assess and make sure you are listening to your thoughts, your gut reactions and your dreams. Your mental health matters. 09.01.2022 Always be kind, its a great affirmation to repeat to yourself. It can help in difficult situations where its easier to be nasty but not the best reaction.
