03.01.2022 #MarketInsights Here's what you need to know This week we saw 402 inspections across 69 properties. Pretty good numbers given we were at a low of 42 inspect...ions during Covid. We're seeing two different types of buyers in the market. Buyers that are experienced and know value, and buyers who are seeing Covid as a chance to get a bragain (but are missing out). We're not seeing a shift in price whatsoever. In fact, we're actually being surprised by some of the results that are coming in. Listing stock volume is down, which is sustaining if not driving the prices up. More stock has recently come on the market, but we need more, as lot of unsatisifed buyers are missing out.
