20.01.2022 Dear customer Tonight we have a unpleasant experience with one of our customer. We believe all of our old customer during last ten years are noticed that If you order our A La Cart stir fry dishes, either it is entree or main course, we will give you a steam rice for free. Some customer like fried rice rather than steamed, so we offer 2 dollar extra for upgrad from steam to fried rice (come with carrot,onion,egg,shrimp and ham). The small steam rice cost 2 dollar itself. Bas...ed on the free small steam rice, if customer like a fried rice, we only charge 2 dollar to upgrad a free steam rice to fried rice instead of 4 dollar which is on the menu. These progress which called upgrad on our menu. We are sorry that we didn't have enough space to put all those explanation on our takeaway menu, which cause one of our customer expecting a large fried rice for her 2 dollar upgrade costing tonight. Due to above situation, we make a notice that if you order entree or main course dishes from A la cart menu, you will have a small steam rice for free, and you are able to spend 2 dollar for upgrad it to a fried rice.We will make this error right on our next version of menu. Now price of everything gose up every day in Hobart, but we still try our best to give customer a value meal at a value price. Thanks for all of your support!
