His ability to think 10 steps ahead & remain calm under pressure is an inspiration to our entire team. ... . Prior to working as a telecommunications design specialist, Nick spent time in the Japanese ski fields. . He became obsessed with mastering the Kendama - a Japanese skill toy. If you want to see his talent in action - comment below & we will capture it on our stories. . Nick is huge lover of beer. He’s a qualified beer judge & has been home brewing for the past 5 years. . His ideal day would consist of skiing on fresh powder, followed by a great beer & his mum’s lasagna. . Nick, despite the fact that you cycle over 40km to work & make the rest of us feel incredibly lazy... we love & appreciate everything you do. 20.01.2022 Meet the team Tuesday, meet Ange! . Ange is our amazingly fast & efficient Billson’s parcel packer. . You probably haven’t seen her on our stories before, it’s because she moves at lightning speed & is impossible to catch on film. ... . If you’ve received a delivery from Billson’s in the past few months, it’s only made possible because of this hardworking superstar. . Ange is a qualified nurse (does it surprise you that a nurse would be so incredibly efficient?). She has two adult sons & completed her diploma of nursing when they were both under 4, studying while they slept at night. What a legend. . Ange moved to North East Victoria with her partner Shane (our brilliant distiller who we will introduce you to shortly). They relocated from South Australia despite Ange having never seen the region. . During their first week in the area, it snowed & she wondered if it was all a big mistake. Thankfully, she now loves the place! . Ange & Shane have a shared passion for animals. In fact, they have two American Staffies - Odin & Indy + an Eclectus Parrot called Terry.She describes it as having three toddlers at home. . Out of work, Ange has a passion for gardening, restoring old furniture & is quite the handy-woman. . Ange, we think you are the absolutely bomb. 19.01.2022 A huge shoutout to this incredible human!! Every day, Tim restocks our Beechworth shop with over 1,500 kilograms of drinks. He’s also poured over 100,000 cordial & gin samples in the past 2 months alone. ... According to @calbowilson he is the finest cordial sommelier in the history of the world. We couldn’t agree more! Hands up if Tim has treated you to a tasting??

14.01.2022 That’s officially a wrap on the most hectic 5 days we’ve ever experienced at Billson’s. We loved welcoming so many kind & wonderful people through our historic doors. Thank you to everyone who visited, we hope you had fun! A huge shoutout to our epic & courageous crew! They dished out more burgers, cocktails & cordial tastings than we thought humanly possible. We’re so bloody proud of you!! ... We’ll take a couple of much needed days to recover & recharge before doing it all again on Thursday. If you are wanting to sit down for a meal or a drink, bookings are essential. We are also pleased to announce that our Melbourne pop-up store will continue to open every week from Thursday to Monday, noon to 5:00pm. Massive cheers.
