17.01.2022 This photo from a weekend W-League match, took me back to when Ellie Carpenter and Princess Ibini-Isei were playing together in the Bill Turner Trophy. Together they made it to the final in 2013, the semis in 2014 and then became national champions in 2015. 04.01.2022 So very disappointing that the virus has killed off the 2020 Bill Turner Cup and Trophy. With 12,000 players from Melbourne to Cairns, and around 800 matches, there seems little hope we can do that safely this year. We will plan to be back better than ever in 2021, and hope you all stay healthy in the meantime.

01.01.2022 2020 was going to be a celebration of 30 years of the Bill Turner Trophy for girls 15 years and under. With around 380 teams playing each year, from Cairns to Melbourne, that's a lot of great football. Just not this year! Here is a throwback to the 2010 finals, with St Clare's College Canberra, Hunter Sports High School NNSW, Cavendish Road State High School Qld and Westfields Sports High NSW getting through. Several of these players went on - Matildas: Alanna Kennedy and A...my Harrison W League players: Melissa Caceres, Rhianna Policina (Westfields), @Ayesha Norrie (Cavendish Road), Clare Wheeler (Hunter), Georgina Worth, Meg McLaughlin ( St Clare’s).
