01.01.2022 Billy Tea Furniture is looking for an experienced sales associate to work full time or part time commencing late November/ early December. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organised, works efficiently and is enthusiastic about any task that they undertake. Duties will include general sales duties, stock management and shop maintenance. Primary Responsibilities:... * General Sales Duties - Assist customers with selection of merchandise, cashier duties, enter customer orders and quotes, organise deliveries, update pricelists and catalogues, answer phones and emails. * Stock Management - Make purchase orders/ order stock, receiving in stock, maintain stock levels. * Shop Maintenance - product styling and shop decorating, basic cleaning and maintaining social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) Characteristics: * Strong communication skills * Flexibility in changing work demands * Highly organised * Can work independently or as a team * Completes work efficiently * Good customer service skills * Well presented Experience: Previous retail and customer service experience is required.
