24.01.2022 A Message from Netball Qld. Last night Western Districts Netball Association was informed that there has been a confirmed COVID case at Western Districts Netball Association Saturday 22 August. This was a spectator at the game between 8:20am 10am. NQ have provided contact tracing data and are working closely with WDNA and QLD Health to determine next steps. WDNA have been amazing in managing the situation calmly and collectively, they are awaiting further advice from QL...D Health in managing the coming days. I am reaching out purely so the information comes from Netball Queensland directly and to reiterate to the community, there is no need to cancel competition or training at this stage and there is no direct impact on any other Association or Club. Please continue to operate as per our COVID Safe Industry Plan and monitor advice from QLD Health and Netball QLD. Let’s play our part in keeping our community calm and show our support for WDNA during these challenging times. Play will continue as normal for Biloela Netball Association as we will be guided by Netball Qld. Thanks everyone for continuing to follow our CoVid Safe plan. BNA Committee
23.01.2022 On Saturday, our 2020 representative players came together for a morning of skills, drills and match play. We had Katie Muller from Muller's Muscle Movement deliver a running clinic, Junelle Howe put them through a fun bootcamp and for the first time we introduced a Healthy Minds program which was led by Adele Acton. We then had the Capricorn Academy players deliver a short skill session supported by the 2020 Rep Coaches. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped organise such a knowledgeable morning of Netball. Look out Rep 2021 !!!

17.01.2022 And that's a wrap on our 2020 Covid Cup season !! Even though it was brief, it was great to see our community support our sport. Congratulations to all the teams, coaches,umpires and officials who helped make 2020 the best season it could be. 14.01.2022 Biloela was well represented at the ETP clinic held in Rockhampton this weekend. Congratulations to @Shari Hancox for her appointment as the U16s Claws State team for the second year in a row. Thank you to Tamara Moretti, Adele Acton and Georgia Hart for attending the coaching component of the event and to Alison Millar for leading our amazing group of Umpires to help officiate the games.

11.01.2022 Congratulations to all the Biloela Teams that represented out at Blackwater yesterday. A massive thank you needs to go to all the coaches, managers, umpires and parents that travelled all that way for their kids to play our sport. From the person you would have sat next to on the train, to the person who may have served you your coffee; they're all going to thank you for being responsible, stopping the spread and staying at home If you're showing signs of coronavirus (COVID-19), you should go and get tested and then return home.
07.01.2022 Only 3 days to go !!! A friendly reminder to everyone before Tuesday night fixtures start to please keep in my mind the following : 1. Scan in using the QR Code and sanitise upon entry. 2. If you can not scan in, please head to the office for help. 3. Spectators are welcome but we ask that you maintain safe distancing around the court that your child is playing. ... 4. Biloela Netball will still adhere to GET IN-PLAY-GET OUT - please only arrive 15 mins before your game and leave with in 15 mins once your game has finished. 5. There is to be NO TRAINING at the Netball courts on a Tuesday afternoon at anytime. 6. Everyone in your team must be registered to play before they take the court. 7. NO JEWELLERY is allowed - this means high piercings in the ears. Be prepared that you will be asked to remove them - NOT TAPE THEM 8. Nails must be short 9. Please check the draw for Office and Canteen duty- failure to provide assistance will see your team fined $70. 10. The Canteen will be opened and the water fountain can be used. 11. This season we are trialing LIVE scoring - this is a work in progress and we will still be using paper copies. It is paramount that team managers will need to sit together this season to implement this new scoring system. More information to follow so we ask for your patience. We are so looking forward to finally getting out on the courts and playing some awesome netball.
