22.01.2022 Do you have a Routine each day or do you just wing it ??? Most of us have a routine without realising. Even the practice of dragging yourself out of bed ,hitting the "on switch", on the kettle .If thats something you automatically do each day.... My Main goal everyday is the picture Below. My day starts fingers crossed Im up before my 3 kids ,just to get the coffee in and check messages. But If I dont manage this and we are up at same time its a rule for me No facebook before School. The morning consists of trying to keep calm, myself and them calm. Something simple as there clothes not being place in the right spot can cause anxiety and meltdowns . Ryan chewing too loud can end in maddy screaming all morning and Ryan attacking her. My little Humans are routine junkies without one they cant cope so I have to keep them on track and keep momentum going. Sadly I hate routine but its a neccessary thing. Finger crossed we get out the door in time to start school at 8:30am. My kids cant be pushed or I end up chasing Ryan around back yard and having to restrict him and hold him down to buckle him into his seat. Its a 20 minute drive to School. Once drop off is done. William and I travel another 20 mins back home occasionally dropping into the servo to grab a coffee, and a strawberry Milk for william. Walk back through the door pop william down in loungeroom with his toys the wiggles on TV and morning tea. Load of washing on and its time for a FB checkin Check Messages and I work my Business, I sort appointments for kids or any other phone calls I have to make. 2 hrs later I have accomplished as much as I can while getting up from my work area atleast 6 times cause smart william has climbed the bench and is sitting in the sink again. ( I really only get 1 hr to do all of that because I have a play with William to take his mind off the sink many times. Lunch time Lucky William eats everything I put in front of him because he doesnt communicate when his hungry let alone being able to say what type of food he wants. Around 1pm its nap time for William this is when I can tidy , hang washing out , do washing up , you know the fun stuff haha Not !!! 2:10pm we are in the car going to get kids. The afternoon is just emotional Chaos so Im not going to drag you through that adventure. Would love to here what your day was like Today ??

22.01.2022 Are you experiencing the Static Affect? Its another side effect of winter , low humidity little moisure =Static Here are a couple of tips ... Avoid Friction causing Hats. Hair up has less chance of Static Hair Accessories- use satin or silk hair ties or scrunches. This material does not steal the moisture from your hair like cotton fabrics will. ( same goes for your pillow case.) Add moisture - Switch up your Shampoo, conditioner and treatments to a moisture range. ( If you are already on a moisture range do a moisture treatment more regularly) Wash your hair less, so as not to remove the natural oils in our hair and scalp. Avoid product containing Sulphate or Alcohol they will just dry you out . Use a microfibre towel ,cotton absorbs all the moisture and is heavy on the hair causing breakage and more fly aways Use a product to tame flyaways Silk oil of morocco Anti frizz is the perfect choice. It works great on my hair. Other products that will help when styling are wet hairsprays, and leave in conditioning sprays. Try to avoid heated styling tools, but if you must always use protection before applying heat. Ionic styling tools help also. Avoid toasting like a marshmallow directly in front of the heater ,especially fan heaters. 10. Dont go around zapping people and tranferring you electrons cause your hair is in the air. It will make your hair sit down but thats just cruel

I personally use silk face primer instead to smooth the lines and for staying power but each to there own.... 2. Criss cross for the perfect cupids bow. 3. Line heavier under the edge of your lower lip to give the appearance of a fuller Lip 4.
