They are not high protection of course but is better than nothing, ...with 2 layers of fabric plus 2 layers of inner lining of non-woven fabric for filtering. If you want to make yours you can see the pattern and measures I used for me and my partner. Materials: old t-shirt, non-woven fabric: from cushion inner cover/or shopping bags, twisty tie (the ones for bread or other packets)... and as I dont have a sewing machine Im sewing by hand.

RF fields are caused by Wi/Fi and other outside influences such as: Wireless routers, PC modems, baby monitors, cordle...ss phones, mobile phones, 2-way radios, microwave ovens. Currently the most commonly used test for bowel c...ancer screening is the Faecal Occult Blood Test (FOBT). As it simply recognises blood in the stool. However, the test is non-specific for colorectal cancer. In addition, only bleeding colorectal tumors if any are recognised. Collagen Almond Butter Chews by @nourishingnadia_ Ingredients: 1/4c coconut chips... 1/4c chopped macadamias (you can use whatever nuts you choose) 1/4c cacao butter 1/4c almond butter 1/4c erythritol 1/4c coconut cream 3 scoops of Noway Vanilla 2t maca powder A pinch of salt Method: -Line a small slice or loaf tin with baking paper and cover the bottom with coconut chips and nuts of choice. Set aside. -Heat cacao butter in a small saucepan until it has fully melted. -Add all remaining ingredients and whisk thoroughly until smooth. -Bring to a gentle simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes until it begins to thicken. Continue whisking every minute or so. -Once the mixture has thickened, pour over the earlier prepared nuts and place in the freezer to harden for 30 minutes. -Make sure it is hard before removing and slicing into squares. -Eat as they are or coat in sugar-free chocolate (chocolate always recommended 12).
