21.01.2022 What is intensity in PEMF & Why it is NOT that important? Many of the so called PEMF experts & PEMF companies talk about magnetic field and PEMF intensity INCOR...RECTLY! They use the wrong equations and bad science to justify needing high intensity or to sell cheap and inferior products. This video will set the record straight on what PEMF intensity IS, how to measure it and WHY it is NOT that important. The KEY to PEMF therapy is the SIGNAL, not intensity. Yes. intensity is PART of the equation, but it is not the most important part, or the second or even third most important part. I would rank intensity as the 5th most important component of a PEMF device. More important is the Repetition Rate or overall frequency, the spectral content, rise and fall time (induction), and the quality of the coils. In this video we'll look at the magnetic field intensity carefully and define the more important ideas of Magnetic Flux and Faraday Induction. THOSE two components along with Frequency Resonance and the PEMF coils are the most important aspects of a PEMF device. Intensity is only 1/2 of the flux and only 1/3 of Faraday induction, so yes it is important, but not nearly as important as so called experts say. There is an unfortunate trend in PEMF right now with more intensity, more power, more Gauss, more Tesla... This is sad for 3 reasons! 1) High intensity PEMF devices are DANGEROUS by ICNIRP, DIN, WHO, IEEE and other worldwide safety criteria for a time varying magnetic field. This is NOT my opinion, it is established FACT based on a LOT OF RESEARCH. You do NOT want to use MORE than 50 gauss or 5 milliTesla. Ringer devices that make your muscles twitch are DANGEROUS! 2) These high intensity devices are usually over $10,000 with Pulse Center going for $37,000!!! That is absurd! I tell people with that money you could get a great PEMF like the iMRS 2000, a fantastic whole body vibration machine like the Juvent, a top of the line Infrared Sauna, Red light therapy panel, etc. Don't waste your money on expensive high intensity PEMF devices! 3) It turns out low intensity works BETTER and faster than high intensity for TRUE healing anyway! And it is coherent, gentler, safer and you can USE EVERYDAY SAFELY!!
