09.01.2022 According to healthdirect.gov.au, the best way to use hand sanitiser is to: 1. Put about half a teaspoon of sanitiser in the palm of your hand. 2. Rub your hands together, covering all the surfaces of your hand, including between your fingers.... 3. Keep rubbing until your hands are dry (about 20 to 30 seconds). They also recommend carrying your hand sanitiser with you and using it whenever you want to decontaminate your hands - for example, after using public transport. #sanitiser #handsanitiser #didyouknow #keepsafe #keepitclean #cleanhands #covid19 #coronavirus #health #healthfacts #stayhealthy #communitysafety #sanitise #germfree #australia

02.01.2022 Today is WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY. Did you realise one person dies by suicide every 40 seconds (thats more than by war and homicide), and in support, World Mental Health Day will be focusing on mental health promotion and suicide prevention. so that, together, we can make a difference and break the cycle of stigma on mental illness and help curb suicide rates.

01.01.2022 If you are in Keppel Sands you have to also check out Rons Garden and find all the teddy bears he uses to keep the wild turkeys away from his plants. Well done Ron an awesome relaxing stroll.
