07.01.2022 Exciting news! As of this Wednesday Birali Craft is back on site! Just in time for this week’s Candle Decorating Project. The Winter Festival is a long held tradition in Steiner Schools around the world, acknowledging the shortest day and the light that overcomes and leads us through the darkness. With uncertainty around our usual winter festival, a special candle at home may become a nice substitute to mark the season change. This simple project involves cutting shapes fro...m sheets of decorating beeswax and pressing them onto a candle. Display your decorated candle on your winter nature table or any designated place in your home for quiet inward reflection during these winter months that are now upon us. Birali Collective now stocks beeswax blend candles in small and large, packs of decorative beeswax in 12 colours and candle decorating kits (wax sheets, candle and 2 wax balls included) for your convenience...open Tuesdays 2-3pm. Birali Craft will provide all the necessary tools, equipment and support needed for this project. Due to new policies and also space constraints Birali Craft is now open to parents and carers of enrolled students of Birali Steiner School only. We’re excited to see you back in person this Wednesday 8:45am-12pm in the Birali Hub.
