24.01.2022 The time has come! So many mixed emotions after 3 years working at The Cave Gym it is my last offical week of personal training as I take time off to have our beautiful bubba anyday now! Huge Thankyou to all my clients for letting me help you and my coworkers for all the support and guidance you have given me through the years, I can’t wait to be back once we are all settled into parent life
