23.01.2022 Just an update!!! Not even the rain can stop a good man from building an aviary. So here’s the progress made to date.

22.01.2022 FINALLY !!! after 28 years we have bitten the bullet and decided to give our community aviary for parrots a makeover. So here we go. We will keep you posted on the progress with hopefully completion in a couple of weeks - weather permitting. So stay tuned.

21.01.2022 A sad day for us but a happy day for her new owner in NSW. Misty our baby Blue and Gold bred and hand reared by us is on her way to her new home where we know she will be treasured and loved. We wish Misty and her new owner many years of love and friendship and will continue to stay in touch.

The owner of the birds posted a review on our fb page and following a lot of hype over the last few days has deleted her review. 18.01.2022 An update on Misty - one of our baby Blue and Golds that went to NSW. Hey Geoff! This is Misty and my daughter koby! .. she is such a delightful, playful and loving hand raised very special baby blue and gold Macaw. She is so so smart!! Peekaboo is her new Favorite game. And she just loves any challenge i set for her!!

16.01.2022 Wow, how amazing is this !! and felt we just had to share these pics of the endangered Carnaby’s Black Cockatoo paying us a visit. There were approximately 40 adults with their young frolicking around and we felt quite privileged.

12.01.2022 It was a sad farewell for us but exciting times for Jason and Cheryl who took their new baby home on the weekend. Ringo is a star performer who weaned real quick and has made himself at home with his new family. We are told that in just 3 short days he has learnt to fly straight from his cage to his stand very confidently. We know he has gone to a home where he will be loved and spoilt. Congratulations to Jason and Cheryl.

Now I know EXACTLY what they mean and I am glad I am not like one of those people PS. I am pretty smart as I can get my head in and out of the dunny roll without help but dad always makes sure I don’t get stuck.

08.01.2022 Hi everyone. Nothing gives us more pleasure and satisfaction than to know that one of our babies has gone to a loving home. Here’s a message we have just received from Kelly in NSW. Hey Geoff just checking in. Misty is doing really well and has settled into a life full of love and attention ! She is talking a lot clearer! Hello, love, grape apple. I love you !! She is learning so fast! She actually broke a walnut on her own!! One slipped passed me I didn’t crack ! But she got it! I had a bad dream she snapped her beak!! So I’m not making those kind of mistakes! She is simply awesome to own! Thank you ! She is my life and I am hers! We are good! She loves a bath / shower! Lol she is so funny ! She makes me smile everyday!!!

06.01.2022 It’s a sad world we live in where people are quick to criticise but slow to praise BUT, we are very fortunate in having a bunch of friends and customers who are happy to express their genuinely positive feelings when we sell them one of our hand reared birds.
