25.01.2022 Now that the sun has peeped its head. Has it confused you as to why you are low on Vitamin D although you may possibly work outside? We are told that we get Vitamin D from the sun but our levels come back real low ... It could be that we are covering up much more now in the sun than in the past, but thats a good thing! However, another insight has been shown in a study by the University of Wisconsin Osteoporosis Research Program. They found that we all have variable responsiveness to UVB radiation affecting how well we make Vitamin D.
