24.01.2022 Great news! We are able to continue to meet, following our strict guidelines from Scouts Qld, and adhering to our Covid Safe plan at the den and outside. As with today, extreme care should be taken with large social gatherings, and we will assess any events case by case. I know the cubs have checked, and Crank has a covid safe plan as well, so can look forward to safe activities continuing.

03.01.2022 Urgent updated advice. Rocket day activities are continuing, with a Covid safe plan in place. However, with recent advice, extreme caution is advised in attending large gatherings. A number of leaders will no longer be attending, in doing our bit to limit risk within our community. Activities are continuing, but parents may be required to transport their own children.... Each family can choose to attend, however it is my preference that you stay away from this large gathering to keep our community safe. Also, we don't expect rockets to fly today due to the wind. We have a covid safe plan for the den, and hopefully small meetings will continue. We await further advice from Scouts Qld. See more

Paul has been an integral member of our scouting family for many years, both as a parent of a Cub Scout, and more recently as the councillor for our local division.
