25.01.2022 Birth Affirmations can be introduced at any stage during pregnancy. If you’ve never heard of a birth Affirmation you’ll most likely heard them during labour and birth. Little words and phrases to give you power and confidence. Starting during pregnancy gives you an opportunity to train your mind and it’s responses to those phrases. Sounds a bit science but it’s really just replacing the negative with positive. 22.01.2022 I’m beach ready I’ll be under a tree I can’t stand sand I burn next to the toaster. I’m afraid of deep water. ... Other than that we love the beach We’re so lucky to live near water and beautiful kid friendly beaches. I especially love how exhausted my kids are and the nap I get to enjoy when they crash when they come home. It’s win win.

It really squeezes my heart to think that the person that receives a bag does so because they have little or nothing to care for them selves. The bags are pretty basic but filled with essentials. You can put in extra bits but a few essentials is the min...imum. If you’re thinking of doing it, you’ve got a week to gather your bag OR there’s an option to purchase a bag for donation on their website. We all know how good it is to wash up after a hard day and have access to santitary products. Everyone deserves that feeling.
