(da "broar", scottarsi") sono dei dolcetti poveri nati nel Vicentino, che in pochissimi ormai fanno. Venicio Pozza, pasticciere di lungo corso, li ha fatti moltissime volte. O panettiere a forma a fa che mane: ncop...pa ce mette a mandorla, chè doce e nforna tutte cose: sadda coce. Po sta o tarallo e Puglia: il tarallino, fatto con lolio. E assai più piccolino, ha pochi grassi (lui di strutto è privo): si sposa bene con laperitivo. Tarallino e tarallo so speciale: tra loro songo amice, e non rivale.
