18.01.2022 We get lots of questions about how we do our rainbow buttercream. Here are some tips if you would like to make some at home: - a crusting buttercream (like American buttercream) works well. -consider using powder colours for colours that will pop! -make sure each colour is a similar consistency.... -lay your piping bag on the bench to fill (if you fold the top over a third of the way, it will be easier to fill). -place all three colours in the one bag (you may need to rotate the bag slightly each time so the colours dont blend). -slightly squish the bag before piping to make sure the colours blend. You can experiment with different colour combinations for a range of effects!

04.01.2022 Apologies....long post ahead! Over the next few months, B is for Bake is going to be a little quieter. For the first time (in years!) Im back working full time as well as supporting my husband with his business. Baking started out as an escape for me, a way to balance out the stressors of work/life. However, in the most unlikeliest of years, I find myself at a place where Im happy and content without baking like crazy to get there! ... I am still accepting enquiries and all current enquiries/orders are going ahead as planned. However, I will be taking some time to experiment and try some new skills. Keep an eye out as, from time to time, I will be needing taste testers! Thank you all for your continued support...I look forward to seeing what new baking adventures await!
