25.01.2022 For our last hurrah before family holidays next week: dry-aged heritage beef... Today and tomorrow we have 5-week-aged rib eye and sirloin from the amazing Hereford/Angus beef from Glenburnie, Victoria. We are doing Tuscan style for the rib eye (a bit south of the French border, but sooo good!) and Bordelaise for the sirloin.

23.01.2022 During the lockdown we were sad because some of our favourite cheeses weren’t available for a while, but we’re happy to say that we are now fully stocked with all things fromage. Phew!
