25.01.2022 Special delivery ! This is the salt we use in our buckwheat batter. The Guérande salt marshes are located in southern Brittany, France along the Atlantic Ocean. The Guérande coarse sea salt that we used has always been hand-harvested using traditional methods and is well known for its culinary virtues.
