19.01.2022 Bistro Mosman boasts an incredible wine selection, including this 2019 Novum Chardonnay from Marlborough, NZ. The fruit for this wine has come from a very beloved (and old) Chardonnay block located in the central Wairau plains planted entirely with the Mendoza clone. Nobody seems to quite remember the exact year it was planted, but sometime in the early 1980s seems to ring some bells, making these vines around 35 years old. Paired with our Les Saint Jaques pan fried scallops, your tastebuds are sure to be satisfied.
