22.01.2022 We had a fabulous launch recently at Firedoor, Australia’s first fire-powered restaurant, to celebrate the start of the asparagus season Head Chef Lennox Hastie created a menu highlighting the delicious versatility of asparagus, grower James Terry enthralled with tales from the farm and dietitian Glenn Cardwell gave an update on the latest health news. After a slow start to the season, due to some lingering cold weather, there will be an abundance of asparagus in stores by the end of this week!

09.01.2022 We are working with a community in East Arnhem Land to keep their local school open. The school is a linchpin and it has lost its funding. Without it the community could disappear. Taking matters into their own hands, the community has decided to build a business bottling pure water from the natural spring on their land. The product will be called Knowledge Water and it will create real, long-term jobs and make the community self-sufficient. Like most new businesses the community needs some help to get started. If you can donate to this very worthy cause, please do.

We had gorgeous doggos in the office, introduced Gin Fridays, held fantastic events for Australian Asparagus and Australian Pears (to name a few), and even managed to squeeze in plenty of media opps for the Good Fat pop-up cafe for Australian Avocados.
