25.01.2022 Super fun doing this 5 tier cake for a white party. Got lost in playing with a multitude of techniques and adding other mediums for extra texture. Pallet knife painting, stensiling were only 2 of the techniques. The cake for an 18th also had fondant, sprinkles, isomalrt, doughnuts just to name a few. A central Dow in stainless steel base keeper the cake sturdy. There were also central boards because of the height just to add support. It was a very hot humid day.. My brand of Gina Vee Frosting held up beautifully even though the sun was hitting the cake. I will post the dessert buffet as well

He is a professional photographer for Ghetty Images who specialises in photographing the tennis. This cake was part of the celebrations to honor him in his 100th grand slam! Well done Clive I know secretly you preferred the cake over your Rolex Looking forward some more awesome shots.

19.01.2022 This elegant confirmation cake looks like a two tier but is really a Six. Inside is layers of red velvet and chocolate sandwiched with cream cheese filling and ganache. The little man who ordered it knew exactly what he wanted

17.01.2022 Had an awesome time teaching pallet knife painting with butterceam yesterday in Bendigo We used my Gina Vee buttercream frosting. Fantastic results despite the warm weather and high humidity . Super impressed with what the ladies created(many using the technique for the first time!) Awesome work ladies your cakes turned out beautiful.

17.01.2022 Love my mum so much that making this cake for her was an absolute pleasure Yes she enjoys the pokies.... The cake was white choc and bill berry and raspberry with ganache and French buttercream with puréed bill berries ... All in all there was 7 kg of icing. 7 8 kg white chocolate 1 litre oil. 2 kg sugar. 5 kg flour. 3 dozen eggs and that’s to start! The cake also had flashing lights. 04.01.2022 Here is a quick butterceam cake I made for my God on for his birthday. I used my Gin Vee butterceam Frosting. The figure was made of fondant. The bottom tier was red velvet The top was triple mud I don't know if he had more fun seeing it and cutting it or I had in making it.
