15.01.2022 Our amazing Brisbane wine partners Yalumba Wines have got something WILD planned for Saturday They'll be featuring some freshly bottle wines from their WILD FERMENT series. What is wild fermentation you ask??? In wine making, generally yeast is added to the crushed grapes to cause fermentation With wild fermentation the yeasts and bacteria that are naturally present on the grapes are tasked with the fermentation. This longer fermentation results in a more complicated flavour profile
