24.01.2022 Bitron EP70 is extreme pressure complex lithium-base (TAC) grease. This multi-purpose grease has been formulated to provide excellent anti-wear and load carrying properties. 22.01.2022 As seen on the Video, regardless what type of engine lubricating oil tested on this machine, they all break down with small amount of pressure on the Handle of the Cross Axis Machine and the motor on the machine stops working, as the twq steel metal test pieces seize together. Which will happen in an engine or transmission if the lubricating oil breaks down from overheating or there is a leakage from the sump. (No Oil) Add any type of engine lubricating oil to the little ta...nk on this Cross Axis Machine and then add a very small amount (about 5% ) of Bitron Engine EP20 or Bitron Transmission EP40 to the oil in the tank. With the machine running, push down on the Handle very hard and the friction resistance meter hardly moves. In fact, as the oil in the tank gets hotter from prolong pressure, the indicator on the fiction resistance meter, doesn’t move at all. This proves that the adding of the Bitron Treatment reduces the friction to almost zero. Because of the adding of Bitron EP20 Engine or Bitron EP40 Transmission to your machinery, the friction (heat) is reduced immensely which reduces the wear on the metals accordingly. Now, from experience we have concluded the Machinery will keep operating more than ten times longer than expected. In the 20 years of working with Bitron, as far as we know, all Machinery be it old or new equipment, when Bitronized (treated with Bitron) initially, are still operating perfectly today. 18.01.2022 Truck Exhaust Pollution Emissions, & Fuel Saving. Truck (Kenworth) with a cement agitator mounted on the back was used by the owner to supply concrete for the infrastructure in the tunnels under the Brisbane River. The owner contacted me and purchased some Bitron D110 Diesel Treatment as well as some Bitron EP20 Engine Treatment. He added the Bitron to his truck as he wanted to try and reduce the fuel consumption, and hopefully reduce the Exhaust Pollution Emissions so he c...ould keep operating in the underground tunnels. After a few weeks the truck owner contacted me again to purchase more Bitron. Naturally I asked him what difference did the Bitron make. Before Bitron, he had to fill the fuel tank twice a day. About a week after adding the Bitron, the difference was that the tank, only needed filling once a day. The part that interested me as well, was that each truck, that was working in the tunnels needed to have the exhaust pollution emissions below a certain number. This truck, before Bitron, was just bordering on the limit of the acceptable emission Level. 10.01.2022 PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED with the Common Rail Fuel Systems. I am hearing a lot about this problem; I’m sure you would have friends & business associates who are in the same boat. I thought I’d better tell you about the Problems associated with the common rail fuel systems fitted to engines of 2013 and later vehicles.... These common rail fuel Systems work with a 33,000 psi, which is why the soluble zinc, present in diesel, solidifies under this very high pressure, and packs up in the injectors which eventually fails. Very expensive repair/replacement. The earlier ‘common rail fuel systems operated at a much lower pressure, and did not develop the problems associated with the higher pressure systems. With the earlier systems the minute particles of soluble zinc in diesel, as liquid, normally would pass through filters and injectors. This new formula Bitron Genesis D110 Diesel Treatment can prevent this problem from occurring if added to the fuel early enough in the life of the vehicle or machine. This Bitron Genesis D110 Diesel Treatment is the only fuel treatment that WILL clean the fuel to PRISTINE condition. NO filtration can clean the fuel as well. 09.01.2022 QLD TPT EXHAUST POLLUTION EMISSIONS TESTING 1999 In 1999 the Queensland Transport Traffic Section were carrying out "Exhaust Pollution Emission Testing" on vehicles on Qld Roads. At the time I was driving my 1989 Fairlane NA sedan car. My car was stopped along the road on the 2nd July 1999, The Qld Tpt gentleman wanted to check the exhaust emissions from my Fairlane. he put some implement into the Exhaust pipe at the rear of the vehicle, and asked me to rev the engine up to ...2500 PRM until he called Stop. The testing officer said there must be a problem with his testing device and he had to get another one, after the second test he wrote down the results on the sheet as you can read. He asked me what had I done to the engine as the emission results were very very low. I just told him the engine had the Bitron treatments added. He said that if he had known that he would not have needed to do the testing. He apparently was aware of the emissions results of engines operating with Bitron added. On reading the 2nd last paragraph on the printed "Air Care OVERT Project" page, even in 1999 the Qld Tpt were predicting the exhaust emissions in South East Queensland would double over the next 15 years. We have been supplying vehicle and machinery operators all over Australia with these "Genuine, Original" Bitron Treatments since 1997. Adding these Bitron treatments does add a cost, however, within a short period of time the Operator is reaping the benefits gained from the reduction in fuel consumption, the cost saving of which is many times more that the costs of the Bitron Treatments. 01.01.2022 Just got our new shipment of EP70 Grease in. I have personally tested it on the Cross Axis machine and in holds up just as good as our oils. Comes in 20kg drums and 450g cartridges.
