09.01.2022 The Federal Government has increased its instant asset write-off threshold and extended it until the end of 2020! The threshold is now $150,000 (up from $30,000) for each asset, assuming you have chosen to use the simplified depreciation rules. The change provides an excellent opportunity to capitalise on the increased threshold to purchase equipment or inventory and get FY21 off to a cracking start.
