Andrew Millist, #BizgroMarketing Art Director was excited to have the opportunity to direct, film and produce a short documentary / business portrait for Evans Trim Shop. Evans Trim Shop is now using this video on their website as part of their marketing campaign. We are thrilled with the result and with how Andrew was able to capture the authenticity of Evans and we are looking forward to working with other organizations who are wanting a similar fresh & authentic (real) video.

13.01.2022 We are looking forward to introducing you to our friendly team over the next few weeks. This week, meet Shanelle Ward, our Project Manager and Communications specialist (shown with her boyfriend enjoying a trip to Katoomba over the Christmas holidays). Shanelle is the project manager for our website projects and also does general admin duties. She has been working at Bizgro since October 2015. Her favorite part of working at Bizgro is "that we are close as a team and work to...gether to get things done". Shanelles hobbies include photography, adventure, camping and music, and she plays the saxophone and piano.

13.01.2022 I recently received an email from Reckon (Accounting Software) asking Just a Quick Question. You know the one... On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend to a friend or colleague? This question originated with the book, The Ultimate Question by Fred Reichheld published in 2006.... After asking The Question, the company uses the metrics from the answers to measure the success of the company, resulting in the Net Promoter Score (NPS). From the beginning of time business (and humans) has tried to come up with one number that explains everything. As a result, middle-managers in companies have been fad surfing management frameworks (like Six Sigma, TQM - Total Quality Management, Lean and NPS to name a few). Personally, I am sick of the ultimate question. Can customer satisfaction be summarized in a single number? Think about how you generally respond to this question.. How likely are you to give the company a low score? If you are not entirely satisfied, would you take the time to fill in the optional text box below the question to explain your answer? Do you feel that your answer will result in any changes to future customer experience? The only way for a company to truly gauge and improve on customer satisfaction is to deal with each customer 100%, as an individual, not a number. You may not tell Reckon what you really think, but you can tell us the truth.. What do you reckon about Reckon? Is there other software you prefer, maybe Xero (now there is a good question on a scale of Xero (whoops Zero) to 10, would you recommend Xero to a friend or colleague?) or MYOB? Xero has done well evangelizing to the government, banks and accountants, but is it best for your business? Which of these three software packages do you feel are living up to their marketing claims and why?

Rebecca is a Senior Bookkeeper at Bizgro and has been working with Bizgro for 12 years. Her favorite part about working with Bizgro is the friendly, family environment. Outside of work, Rebecca loves water-skiing and outdoor adventures.
