22.01.2022 You're amazing, you've stayed strong, you've kept pushing through. Now thats resilience, stand proud, recognise what you have been through. IT'S 6 month's since... covid 19 put a stop to you training with friends, getting time out, being pushed and tested, having a laugh, sweating and working until you think you will throw up. It may not have been easy but recognise how long you have lasted. Now use that recognition as drive to keep pushing forward, to reassess what you could be doing beter, to join some online classes, go for a walk or run, shadow spar or stretch. SMAC has your back and we know YOU HAVE OURS!
