25.01.2022 We had a great Tuesday night on the dojo floor. After a warm up and stretch we went straight into counters from the jab and cross. We followed on with counters to roundhouse kicks including bridging the gap to clinch. Great work by everyone, the objective being to improve sparring. We ended with Shihan Dale teaching kata and Sensei Greg taught krav maga knife disarms.

Shihan Dale and Sensei Ralph ran the intermediate and adults thru kata and state self defence drills. ... Looking forward to our club grading next Thursday night.
