25.01.2022 A variation we worked on at the bjma East Coast camp! We focused on extreme form 4 combining flow from tricks and having a strong finish! So proud of these guys giving 110% and for stepping outside their comfort zone!! Can't wait for the next camp!!!!

22.01.2022 Hey Guy! So as of this week, we are launching a new series of tutorials on kicks and flips! We decided to launch this series with one of Frankie' favourite kicks a TORNADO KICK. this is a great kick for beginners to learn, and Frankie also covers a more advanced move to add style into the kick for forms with a knee drop. Leave a like and comment on how you went, what worked for you and what didn't work, and what you would like to learn next!

This week we will be posting 2 videos and the first one we have Frankie teaching a 360 kick! This kick is awesome for forms as it looks fancy and is also not a hard one to learn. Hope you guys enjoy, like, share and let us know what would to see next!

19.01.2022 In June I will be in Haiti to deliver a self defence and empowerment program to school children. This is a massive honour and I will be Traveling with some grea...t friends. If I sell 30 of these bracelets, that money raised then equates sending a Child in Haiti to school for ONE WHOLE YEAR. They are $30 each. We have already sold 9 to SMAC members. The trip is an initiative of 4north.org they are doing a lot to help communities in Haiti and other regions. I will be paying my own way as 4North is about giving to the community. These beautiful bracelets are made by local community members in Haiti and giving steady work. They are made from cereal boxes donated by schools in the USA. The Boxes for Bracelets initiative is by Papillon Marketplace and 4North.org #boxesforbracelets #haitiepp2019

10.01.2022 AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME day at Vic state training day yesterday!!!! We had so much fun and hope all the kids had a blast learning extreme martial arts, tricks and talking about believing in your self, confidence and having a 'I can' attitude in martial arts or school. Congratulations to all the superstars!!!! Huge Thankyou to the organisers of the day for bringing everyone together and all the Instructors for making it such an awesome event!! Can't wait for the next one!!!
