24.01.2022 Sorry the during and end pictures have taken longer then expected to be uploaded for our job completed at Gorokan, we have had alot going on at BJ&S Constructio...ns. This video is the pictures of during the job and when we had finished up doing what was needed by the client at that time. Next up, we will be adding all skirting and architraves to this property and then onto a few more exciting things. 22.01.2022 One of our more recent jobs where we assisted an owner builder in building his extension where we also re-cladded the rest of the existing house to match the old with the new. We also extended the roof out the back to create an under cover walk way and lined the ceiling with V Grove panelling.

18.01.2022 This massive deck has transformed a boring outdoor space into the perfect entertainment area. Material used: - 90x19 Merbau hardwood decking - 90x45 treated pine joists... We also removed the existing roof tiles and built a screen out of hardwood to cover the empty space. To finish it all off we framed up a nice bar with benchtop for the deck and cladded it in the Merbau decking

15.01.2022 This client was after a little more privacy from the neighbours across the road. As you can see the big window allowed people to see straight into the main bedroom. BJ&S Constructions have taken out the massive window from the bedroom and have replaced it with a slim line 2700 X 600 window thanks to Wideline Windows. On the outside underneath the window we have placed Weathertex cladding and on the inside we have cut in some new gyprock with setting completed. ...
