06.01.2022 Hi Everyone I hope you have all had a great Xmas and NY break. Next week on Wednesday the 3rd of Feb will be the clubs first training night for 2021.... To help the night run smoothly I will need some help with First Aid, if any parents who attend have a valid first aid certificate and WWC please contact me on or before next Wednesday. If I can get some help I can spend more time coaching the kids. All participants MUST have a valid BMXA or AUSCYCLING membership to participate. If you don't have a membership visit Auscycling.org.au to purchase one. If you're not sure what type of membership to purchase contact me through the clubs facebook page for assistance. (THERE IS A 4 WEEK FREE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP AVAILABLE, click on the signup button on the clubs facebook page and you'll be directed to the AusCycling webpage, scroll down to "4week free trial", click and follow the prompts) If you have purchased a membership but don't have a BMX race bike you can use one of our club bikes. We now have club bikes available for participants to borrow and use on club training nights. We have two bike sizes available at the moment (junior & expert) which is suitable for kids between 6-12 yrs of age (depending on height). These bikes where donated by Wheel Heat in Wonthaggi, Gippy Cycles in Traralgon and the Lilydale BMX Club. (THANKS GUYS) We have a couple of full face helmets available also for participants to use if they don't have their own helmet, however its recommended you bring your own helmet and if you do it MUST be a full face helmet. You must also wear gloves, a long sleeve top and pants and enclosed shoes. This is for the riders protection. See you at the track!
