19.01.2022 It is with immense grief that we announce the demise of our beloved teacher Thirimawithanna madam. Our madam passed away this morning ( 7th of November) after a brief illness. Madam Thirimawithanna was a pillar of strength to D. S. Senanayake College as she full filled the responsibility of teaching the very first batch of students of class 1C from the 10th of February 1967 : the very first day.... Funeral arrangements will be notified later. May she attain the supreme bliss of nibbana !
