24.01.2022 Enormously happy for our friends Cal and Antonia who we helped purchase their first home. 20.01.2022 Here’s our summary of the #HomeBuilder program designed to support our economy - construction & substantial renovations more specifically. Are you eligible? In short, rules are: 1. Means tested - singles up to $125,000 in the previous financial year, and couples who earned up to $200,000 combined... 2. If building a new home, a contract needs to be locked in between July & December 2020 and cannot exceed $750,000, including land 3. If planning to substantially renovate your home (not investment), you can access the grants for renovations if the cost is between $150,000 and $750,000.
