06.01.2022 Hi all, Blacka gathering for anyone who is interested, for 2019 will be going ahead at Tombarra (Tom and Helens), 2nd weekend in September. We realise it’s late notice, but it is on. Not to be confused with the big 20th anniversary event happening at Cobargo in April 2020. If you are keen to come this September, stay tuned for more details to be posted. At this stage, if you were wanting to stay in a cabin, it’s $60 per cabin, per night. $40 per person for food for the entire weekend. Camping prices to be confirmed..... Contact details to be confirmed.

06.01.2022 Try this one: Blacka Weekend 2018 I know we are slack and this message is a little late but everyone knows the date and venue anyway. Basically this is just a reminder with a few details thrown in.... IF YOU PLAN ON BEING THERE, PLEASE L ET US KNOW. We need to know numbers. Venue: Chuwar Scout Camp- 121 Allawah Road, Chuwar QLD 4306. Date: Friday 7 Sept - Sun 9 Sept 2018. Accommodation: Camp/caravan/dormitory. Remember: if staying in the dormitory, you will need to bring pillow, towels, sheets and blankets/ sleeping bag. Cost: if coming for the day only $15 (most of this goes to the Scout Assoc as we have to pay a fee for every person who is there each and every day). 04.01.2022 Hi all. Just starting to make some preparations for this years Blacka & Co get-together. Looking at a change in location for this year. Tom & Helen Blacka are managing a complex near Braidwood that I believe would be a perfect location for us all. Tombarra Holiday Cabins consists of 12 Studio Rooms & a 3-Bedroom house, fully equipped kitchen & dining room, a huge fire pit, ample space for camping and plenty of things to see & do. One hour to the coast or Canberra & 3 hours to... Sydney. Located on the beautiful Mongarlowe River, swimming, canoeing, fishing, catching yabbies or just watching the platypus play are just some of the things to do. Tom & Helen are negotiating an affordable price for the weekend. We will have more info shortly. 02.01.2022 Hello All, This is for anyone who has expressed an interest in our annual Blacka Family gathering, that was to be held at "Tombarra" in September this year. Unfortunately, due to Toms boss heading in a different direction and renting all the cabins etc out to miners, the reunion is being cancelled for this year. The big reunion is still going ahead in Cobargo in April next year so I hope we'll see everyone there. Much love to all Doll xxxxx
